Rožnov pod Radhoštěm is a town in the valley of lower reach of the river „Bečva“ between the mountain ranges of the Radhošťské Beskydy and the Vsetínské Vrchy in the Rožnov Furrow. In the town there is also a monument to František Palacký. The open-air museum has three parts: Wooden Town, Wallachian Village and Mill Valley.
