Indoor cycling – highly aerobic training on specially prepared “rotopeds” conducted by an experienced instructor.
Power yoga – a type of training that is designed for the broadest public, for men and women of all age groups. It is based on fundamental yoga exercises which are repeated one after the other in dynamic succession.
Pilates - The Pilate method eliminates bad habits of body posture and strengthens the whole body and improves posture in a non-violent way. This method significantly supplements activities such as jogging, swimming, walking, golf, skiing etc.
Fit Ball - large balls. Exercising with balls activates the deep stabilizing muscular system, which we don’t engage during the usual strengthening exercises. It is divided into two types, aerobic and strengthening.
Over Ball - – small balls. Exercising with small balls is divided again into two types, aerobic and strengthening.
Healthy back – These are exercises aimed above all at relaxing, stretching and strengthening the muscles in problem areas of the upper, middle and lower back
